As the Business Head of Sales for Laminates you will lead our sales team and drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies Reporting directly to the CEO you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence forging strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth Identify new business opportunities market segments and distribution channels to maximize sales potential Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making Team Leadership and Development Recruit train and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of driving results and exceeding targets Provide leadership guidance and motivation to sales representatives to optimize their performance and productivity Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning within the sales organization Key Account Management Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customers architects designers contractors and distributors Understand customer requirements and preferences to develop tailored solutions and value propositions Negotiate contracts pricing agreements and terms to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends customer needs and competitive threats Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies product offerings and positioning to stay ahead of the competition Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting Establish and monitor sales performance metrics KPIs and targets to track progress and measure success Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management providing insights into sales trends forecasts and opportunities Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field MBA is preferred Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles preferably in the building materials or construction industry Strong strategic thinking analytical skills and business acumen Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers partners and stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in sales management tools CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets
