Lead Design Verification Engineer Location: Bengaluru, India About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Design Verification Engineer with 6+ years of experience in DDR4 and DDR5 technologies. This role offers the opportunity to lead verification efforts for cutting-edge memory subsystems, collaborate with global teams, and drive innovation in high-performance SoC design. Key Responsibilities - Lead design verification activities for DDR4/DDR5 memory controllers and PHY. - Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans, testbenches, and coverage models. - Drive UVM-based verification methodology for complex SoC designs. - Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, and validation teams to ensure first-pass silicon success. - Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and team growth. - Identify gaps in verification and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality. - Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple locations. Required Skills & Experience - 6+ years of hands-on experience in design verification, with strong expertise in DDR4/DDR5 protocols. - Proficiency in SystemVerilog, UVM, and verification methodologies. - Solid understanding of SoC architecture, memory subsystems, and high-speed interfaces. - Experience with simulation, debugging, and coverage-driven verification. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
