Job Description About the Role Thrillophilia is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Partnerships Associate Domestic Partner Relations to expand and manage our partnerships network across India. This role is ideal for someone who loves to travel, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands. As part of our Partnerships & Alliances team, you will play a key role in partner acquisition, negotiations, and end-to-end relationship management driving impactful collaborations that strengthen Thrillophilia's presence across domestic destinations. Key Responsibilities - Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands across India. - Conduct on-ground meetings, present partnership proposals, and close deals aligned with business goals. - Represent Thrillophilia at roadshows, tourism events, and industry trade forums. - Support Tier-2 and Tier-3 city expansion by identifying potential destinations and partners. - Collaborate with internal teams product, marketing, and supply to ensure timely execution of deliverables. - Monitor partner performance, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure continuous engagement. What We're Looking For - 26 years of experience in partnerships, client servicing, or business development (preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality). - Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground engagement. - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
