Job Role: You'll anchor circuit-level design for SRAM compilers, owning characterization, SPICE-based verification, and day-to-day execution with minimal guidance. This role blends deep technical hands-on work with independent problem-solving. Responsibilities: - Circuit design for SRAM compilers using advanced techniques - Characterization and performance analysis across corners - Verification using True SPICE and Fast SPICE flows - Daily design tasks with minimal supervision from the Project Leader - Collaboration with architecture, layout, and verification teams Qualifications: - MTech/BTech in ECE or related field - 5-10 Years in SRAM compiler design - Strong circuit-level design and SPICE-driven verification experience
