Job Description Key Result Areas/Accountabilities: Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions F&A MDM Activity Extraction & Migration F&A MDM data for upcoming Go-live locations/plants & additional data received from already gone live locations in Dev, UAT, SIT, Mock & Prod instance sequentially. - AP Prepayment & Invoices - AR Receipts - AR Invoices - GL Trail Balance (Extraction & Transformation) - Project Accounting - Project assignment - Fixed Asset Data Metrics: - Successful migration of data with minimal errors Application Development Development of new applications and bolt-on in ERP. - Mapping of the Business Requirement - Creating the Design Document, Workflows and take user signoff. - Development of the application/process as per CSD - Integration Testing of the Application - UAT testing and getting Signoff from the User - Migration of the developed solution in Production and doing necessary setups in the production. - Preparation of user guide, system manual, UPK (User Productivity Kit) etc. Metrics: - Providing bug free and scalable solution to Business Users. - Performance of the Solution in Production. - User Feedback. Project Management and Digitalization, Industry 4.0 Ongoing Application Support through HSD Digitalization and Integration of the Third Party Solutions to minimize manual intervention in transactions. - To move from Paper based communication to paperless communication through digitalization. - Poornata-Seamex Integration with ERP. - Quest-To-Travel Integration with Ekaayan- ERP for Bil Passing and Tracking. - Banks integration for Collection and Payments (HDFC/IDBI etc.) - Sangat (Group level CSR Application)-Ekaayan Integration by SOA/OIC - CSCTS Integration with Ekaayan Finance. - Cygnet (GST OSP) Integration with Ekaayan -ERP for return filing and IRN generation. Metrics: - Minimal User intervention while performing transaction. - Increasing System and User efficiency - Digitalization of Printing Documents - End-user feedback People Management - Providing Support for day-to-day enhancements required in existing standard components of Oracle Applications through HSD. - Enhancements of custom and in-house developed components. - Tuning/optimization of existing components to achieve better performance. - Coordinating with Oracle support for TAR (Technical Assistance Requests) - Coordination with core team as well as end users for proper testing of software components - Coordination with DBA for migration of components to Production environment. - Maintaining the technical documentation in line with changing code - Developing User Awareness on the customized Solution Provided and mapping of the same with Business processes. - Continuously and proactively working with Business for Books Closing. - Remain informed on new practices and Solution and providing training for the same to the users. Metrics: - Performance of in-house/outsourced resources - Attrition rate - Feedback score from employees / peers / seniors - Trainings and mentoring
