Key Responsibilities: - Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various technical roles. - Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. - Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates technical and communication skills. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment database regularly. - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience. - Stay updated on current IT trends and technologies to better understand job requirements. - Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities. Required Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of IT terminology (e.g., software development, networking, databases). - Good organizational and time management skills. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in MS Office and familiar with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
