They are looking for Site Head that can be based at one of their sites in South India and the person will report to the COO. Job Description - Oversee the overall operations of the site, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards. - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the unit. - Manage resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, effectively. - Monitor and improve production processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business goals. - Lead and mentor a team of professionals to foster a high-performance work culture. - Analyse operational data and prepare reports for senior management The Successful Applicant A successful Site Head should have: - A full time engineer - Strong knowledge of the process industry operations. You should have worked in Industries such as Petrochemicals, Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Fertilisers, Metal and Mining and Cement. - Proven ability to manage large-scale complex operations and lead diverse teams. Minimum Turnover of a site managed should be around 1500cr+ - Excellent understanding of safety and environmental regulations. - Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and cost efficiency. - Effective communication and leadership abilities.
