Responsibilities - Design and create user manuals, guides, and documentation for products and services. - Collaborate with product teams to gather information and understand technical specifications. - Ensure all documents are clear, concise, and user-friendly, adhering to company standards. - Review and revise documentation based on feedback from stakeholders and users. - Maintain and update existing manuals to reflect changes in products or services. Skills and Qualifications - 2-4 years of experience in technical writing or manual design. - Proficiency in documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or Microsoft Word. - Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
