Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our Admin Services team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence efficiently
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors as needed

Skills and Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and handle sensitive information
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and approachable personality
