The Engineering Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for a variety of engineering activities including the design acquisition and development of hardware software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team The overall objective of this role is to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned frameworks Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Monitor Troubleshoot Environments Track system health and performance troubleshoot infrastructure application and deployment issues to minimize downtime Support CI CD Pipelines Assist in building maintaining and optimizing continuous integration and deployment workflows to ensure efficient and reliable releases Automate Routine Tasks Implement automation to streamline repetitive activities like deployment configuration and infrastructure Troubleshooting Incident Management Respond swiftly to production incidents conduct root-cause analysis act on alerts and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrences Observability Logging Set up and maintain monitoring logging and alerting solutions AppD Splunk Grafana ELK for real-time visibility and rapid response capabilities Collaboration Support Act as a liaison between development QA and operations teams Help troubleshoot deployments guide operations document support processes and provide user-facing support when needed Documentation Continuous Improvement Maintain clear documentation e g runbooks incident reports diagrams Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements to boost delivery speed and system reliability Required Experience Skills Technical Skills CI CD Tools Experience with Jenkins Tekton Harness Teamcity uDeploy Ansible or equivalent for deployment automation Containers Orchestration Familiarity using Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments Monitoring Logging Hands-on experience with tools like AppD Grafana ELK Splunk Version Control Strong Git skills and understanding of branching merging and workflows ECS openshift knowledge System Troubleshooting Solid problem-solving for performance and deployment-related issues Experience 2-5 years in roles related to system administration software development IT support or related fields Familiarity with DevOps practices CI CD automation cloud containerization and infrastructure tooling Education Bachelor s degree University degree or equivalent experience Job Family Group Technology Job Family Systems Engineering Time Type Full time Most Relevant Skills Please see the requirements listed above Other Relevant Skills For complementary skills please see above and or contact the recruiter Citi is an equal opportunity employer and qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to their race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin disability status as a protected veteran or any other characteristic protected by law If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and or apply for a career opportunity review View Citi s and the poster
