Job Title Telecaller Inbound Outbound Languages Required Hindi Assamese English Department Customer Service Sales Location Dhekiajuli Reports To Customer Service Manager Sales Manager Job Summary We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller who can handle both inbound and outbound calls The candidate must be fluent in Hindi Assamese and English The primary responsibility will be to contact customers regarding new product launches ongoing offers and provide support for customer queries Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about new product launches and special offers Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction Update customer information and call status in the system Follow communication scripts and company guidelines Generate interest in products and convert leads when possible Report daily call performance to the supervisor Requirements Fluency in Hindi Assamese and English mandatory Prior experience in inbound or outbound calling preferred Good communication and listening skills Ability to handle customer objections confidently Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools Pleasant voice and polite speaking manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Employment Type Full-time Salary 8K to 9K Additional Benefits Food Provided Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 9 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
