Job Description Company Description Tvarra is the pioneering brand of women's scooter helmets, aiming to make helmets that women WANT to wear, rather than HAVE to wear. As the first brand focusing primarily on women scooter riders, Tvarra goes beyond just helmets by also conducting safety workshops for corporate institutions. Our mission is to win the safety battle by promoting stylish and safety-friendly products for women. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving online D2C growth. An added bonus would be if they could handle SEO and Marketplaces as well. They will be involved in analyzing data, improving ROAS, creating and executing media plans. If the candidate is highly experienced in marketplace advertising - particularly Amazon and Flipkart, we would be interested in hearing from you as well. Ideal Experience - Performance Marketing - Meta / Google - SEO would be added advantage - Amazon and other Marketplace Marketing - Ability to work on-site in Mumbai - Hands on - for both strategy and execution
