Job Title Payments Processing Analyst AYST Location Pune India Role Description PB Lending Operations Banking team is part of PB Wealth management Operations which takes care of Loan Payments receivables Invoice Generations Auto debit setup Loan reporting Collateral bookings and reconciliations for Private clients What we ll offer you As part of our flexible scheme here are just some of the benefits that you ll enjoy Best in class leave policy Parental leaves gender neutral 100 reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit gender neutral Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs and above Shift Allowance Your key responsibilities Preparing daily activity sheet processing re- pricing rollover interest principal paydown MFFs etc in Loan IQ system supported for standard deals by simplified user interface ELMS Managing email box and processing funding requests on already set up loans in system Setting up new deals in Loan IQ system and working on amendment requests Supporting transfer and migration efforts if any into single Loan IQ system Generating the outstanding Invoices Fund Transfer Reconciliation of Accruals vs Outstanding Payments of lending business Sharing the Invoices with Client over e-mails or mails Adjustments of Interest rates in Loan and Deposit account when required Preparing of automated standardized and manual system based reports and sharing with relevant stake-holder risk business audit under need-to-know principle Keeping a track of outstanding document on loan account Following up with business for submission Identifying a business risk and report it to respective stakeholders Prepare an action plan to mitigate risk and close the outstanding risk items withing deadlines Handling Audits requirements with explaining the process and providing documents Training new staff and keeping documents updated to process and Audit requirement Your skills and experience Experience in Lending Operations is required Working hands on knowledge of Loan IQ application is must Must understand basic Lending products Needs to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives Strong interpersonal good negotiations skills are required Follow through skills Effective communication skills fluency in Microsoft Office skills ability to confidently handle internal clients innovative approach will be expected Ability and willingness to work in night shift is a must Language skills English must German of advantage but not a must How we ll support you Training and development to help you excel in your career Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs About us and our teams Please visit our company website for further information We strive for a in which we are empowered to excel together every day This includes acting responsibly thinking commercially taking initiative and working collaboratively Together we share and celebrate the successes of our people Together we are Deutsche Bank Group We welcome applications from all people and promote a positive fair and inclusive work environment
