Job Title: Accounts Manager ( Contracts Accounts Payables - Real Estate / Construction Industry ONLY) Location: [Mylapore] Experience Required: 10–15 years Industry Preference: Real Estate / Property Development / Construction Salary Package: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Accounts Payable, Contract Management, and Real Estate Accounting, with a proven track record of maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all accounting functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Vendor Management. Oversee contract accounting, vendor agreements, and payment terms to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements. Review and reconcile accounts, ensuring proper documentation and approvals. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and external stakeholders regarding financial and contractual matters. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Implement internal controls and improve accounting processes for greater efficiency. Support management with financial insights and recommendations for decision-making. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Experience: 10–15 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in Real Estate / Property Development. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and Contract Accounting. Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems). Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. What We Offer: Competitive salary package (₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month).
