What You’ll Do: - Build and optimize AI agents using Copilot Studio and LLMs. - Design smart, context-aware responses for business process queries. - Develop and tune prompts for accuracy, relevance, and continuity. - Apply reinforcement learning to improve agent behavior over time. - Create a database of user queries/responses for dynamic learning. - Ensure agents evolve without breaking existing flows. What You Bring: - Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar tools. - Strong grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, and reinforcement learning. - Programming skills (Python, JavaScript, Power Fx). - Ability to model business processes into conversational logic. * Bonus: Experience with Azure, OpenAI APIs, or enterprise systems.
