Job Description As the Head of Marketing at Bluphlux, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. You will lead marketing campaigns and be a founding member of our dynamic team, driving growth and brand awareness in the recruitment industry. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage marketing campaigns to promote Bluphlux's innovative recruitment solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. - Develop and implement marketing plans that effectively communicate the value of Bluphlux's AI-driven recruitment technology. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. - Oversee the creation of marketing content, including digital, print, and social media. - Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Required Qualifications - Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the technology or recruitment industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Preferred Skills - Experience with AI-driven technologies and their application in marketing. - Knowledge of the recruitment industry and its challenges. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
