Job Summary As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Job Responsibilities - Execute routine fund servicing transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines and procedures. - Stay vigilant about cybersecurity practices, proactively detecting possible threats and deploying strategic measures to safeguard information and systems. - Utilize active listening and questioning skills to understand and address client needs, fostering strong relationships and promoting deeper understanding. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, applying innovation and design thinking techniques to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform. - Deliver standard audit support package and actively monitor and respond to inquiries during the reporting/audit cycles - Act as point of contact for Fund Accounting for internal and external stake holders in relation to audit and reporting cycles - Monitor subsequent accounting activity, prepare general ledger adjusting entries - Have knowledge of internal systems, operations, and client structures, i.e., various types of portfolios, deliverables, and client specific requirements - Have knowledge of end-to-end fund accounting such as trades and corporate action processing, pricing, income accruals, etc. to respond to auditor and internal inquiries - Independently research and respond to auditor and internal inquiries in a timely manner.
