Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Fundraiser located in New Delhi. The Tele-Fundraiser will be responsible for reaching out to potential donors, explaining the mission and work of the Trust, and soliciting donations. Day-to-day tasks include making phone calls to prospective donors, maintaining records of donor information, and processing donations. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with donors, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication with supporters.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Customer Service experience
- Computer Literacy
- Fresher also apply
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Previous experience in non-profit sector is a plus
- 12th passout
