Job Description Nomiso is building the next generation of private mobile network infrastructure. To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a Linux Systems Administrator to manage and enhance our Telco Cloud Lab in Paris. Our lab runs a hybrid setup, combining on-premise Proxmox virtualization with AWS cloud resources. It hosts workloads supporting LTE, 5G, and IMS systems for testing and development. You'll work closely with software and network engineers to ensure the lab infrastructure remains stable, secure, and efficient. This is a hands-on technical position for someone who enjoys solving real infrastructure challenges and improving automation, monitoring, and network operations. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Linux-based systems across on-prem and cloud environments (Debian, Ubuntu, Rocky, RHEL). Manage virtualized workloads using Proxmox (KVM) and Docker containers. Deploy and maintain hybrid infrastructure across Proxmox and AWS. Automate provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible. Maintain observability and monitoring tools including LibreNMS, Graylog, and related systems. Configure and troubleshoot IP routing, VLANs, VXLANs, and firewalling. Operate and monitor network devices such as VyOS, Cisco Nexus, and Juniper SRX. Administer Dell servers, including iDRAC, BIOS, and firmware management. Support engineers deploying and testing IMS, SIP, and Diameter components. Contribute to documentation, automation, and infrastructure reliability improvements. Qualifications 37 years of experience as a Linux systems administrator or similar infrastructure role. Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems (Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL, or Rocky). Experience managing virtualization with Proxmox or similar (KVM, VMware). Familiarity with AWS and hybrid cloud environments. Practical knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, and Docker. Solid understanding of network fundamentals, including routing, VLANs, VXLANs, and firewalling. Experience with VyOS, Cisco Nexus, or Juniper SRX is a strong plus. Mandatory experience with Dell servers (iDRAC, hardware provisioning, firmware management). Exposure to telco protocols such as SIP, IMS, or Diameter is a plus. Scripting ability in Bash or Python.
