No reliance on AI for shortcuts. AI can assist you, but originality is non-negotiable - Create reels, shorts, and posts that can build communities, spark conversations, and go viral for the right reasons - Engage with followers daily, reply to comments, interact with other accounts, and make brands feel alive and approachable - Analyze posting times, audience behavior, and platform trends to maximize reach and engagement - Run Meta and Google Ads campaigns with proven expertise. Campaign management, scaling, and optimization are must-have skills - Drive e-commerce sales both locally and globally. You should know how to build, connect, and optimize Shopify stores and catalogs to deliver results - Apply advanced SEO strategies to increase website traffic, rank higher on search engines, and convert visitors into customers - Track performance across social media, paid campaigns, and SEO, and translate data into clear strategies for growth What we expect from you - 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a marketing agency, handling multiple clients across industries - Strong knowledge of performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads - Deep understanding of SEO and advanced SEO practices with results to show - Proven ability to grow social media accounts organically, not just through paid campaigns - Creative instincts to generate ideas independently and strategic skills to align them with business outcomes - Excellent communication skills in English - Ability to work independently without constant direction while coordinating effectively with designers, content creators, and managers - Immediate joining is a must.
