Salary: As per industry standards Job Location: Jambughoda, Gujarat (70km's from Vadodara) Interested candidates can e-mail their resume to or call on below number: Vijay Patel: [Confidential Information] & +91-6351-240-065 The Resident Psychiatrist at Alpha Healing Center is responsible for the following: - Patient Assessment & Diagnosis Conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, and determining the appropriate treatment plan. - Medication Management Prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications based on patient needs. - Detox Supervision Overseeing medical detoxification for patients, ensuring safety, and managing withdrawal symptoms. - Crisis Intervention Handling psychiatric emergencies and managing patients in distress. - Treatment Planning Collaborating with the Clinical Psychologist, Counseling Psychologist, and other team members to create and adjust treatment plans. - Family Communication Conducting weekly family calls and updating status on Trello. - Clinical Documentation Ensuring all psychiatric assessments, prescriptions, and progress notes are documented properly. - Consultation & Coordination Consulting with senior Doctor's regarding patient treatment plans when needed. - Team Meetings Attending team discussions with the Clinical Team, and other staff to review patient progress. - Compliance & Legal Documentation Signing all admission forms as per MHCA guidelines and ensuring compliance with psychiatric treatment regulations.
