About You

We are looking for a Product Designer to help define products across Getida’s product portfolios. In this role, you work closely with product members to craft cohesive design experiences. You must be collaborative in your approach to internal stakeholders, while simultaneously and vigorously championing the user’s experience.

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for doing competitive research, designing the look and feel of various Getida products and components, and refining and iterating on those ideas for multiple stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

- Maintain and design native content products to meet market needs while adhering to existing expressions of visual identities for multiple brands.
- Take ownership of assigned design projects, collaborate with stakeholders, take direction from Product, Business along Customer feedback, and follow established processes to ensure smooth delivery of creative assets.
- Take part in meetings with product, business, marketing, customers, etc., to understand evolving needs and to educate and guide teams on the use and feel of Getida’s products.
- Collaborate closely with developers to review and QA executions of designs.
- Use requirements, stakeholder feedback and research to produce design assets such as new features, new products, components, experiences, workflows and etc.
- Create high-fidelity mocks and interactive prototypes to communicate your UX decisions among a broad range of stakeholders
- Attend meetings with stakeholders from content strategy, design, etc.
- Participate in brainstorming and critique sessions that foster big-picture thinking while identifying opportunities to raise the bar on the details.
- Attend daily huddles and weekly ticket refinements to stay aware of current dev work.
- Advise on ticket creation for your designs and potential design bugs.
- QA/review technical and design tickets produced by the dev team to make sure designs are executed as intended.
- Design net new features while optimizing existing features for products at a large, global scale - demonstrating rapid prototyping and an iterative test and learn approach.

Your qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or higher education degree in Graphic Design, UX, HCI, or related field, or equivalent working experience
- 3-5 years of experience designing consumer-facing software products
- A portfolio of visual and product design work
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of UX design principles
- Understanding of accessibility standards
- Base knowledge of HTML is preferred
- Self-motivated and highly-organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
- A team player ready to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
