- To perform lab trials for trouble shooting of process related problem in plan
- To perform lab trials for new product development & after taking Pilot trial, final process is transfer to production dept.
- To maintain record of experiments carried out in R&D lab.
- To hand over written charge to succeeding shift.
- Retain all experimental work related data in separate files.

**Required Skills**:

- Must be excellent in written and spoken English.
- Team Handling.

**Required Qualification**: - Diploma - Polymer/Mechanical/B.Sc - Chemistry/Physics/Polymer Science**
