**Fluent Fast Academy, a renowned language learning institution based in Delhi**, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Spanish Language Teacher to join our team.

As a full-time Spanish Language Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality language education to our students, fostering their linguistic skills and cultural understanding.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct engaging and interactive Spanish language classes for students of varying proficiency levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.

2. Develop comprehensive lesson plans that align with our curriculum objectives and cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of students.

3. Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation and student engagement.

4. Employ a variety of teaching methodologies, including communicative approaches, role-plays, multimedia resources, and real-life scenarios to enhance language acquisition.

5. Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, assignments, and oral proficiency assessments, providing constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.

6. Integrate cultural components into language lessons to enhance students' understanding of Spanish-speaking countries and cultures.

7. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange best practices, develop teaching materials, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our language programs.

8. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in language teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:
1. Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish with excellent command over spoken and written language.

2. Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred or DELE B2.

3. Prior experience teaching Spanish to learners of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels, preferably in a formal educational setting.

4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.

5. Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine passion for promoting language learning and cultural exchange.

6. Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively plan lessons, manage classroom dynamics, and assess student progress.

7. Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the evolving needs of students and the institution.

8. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with non-Spanish-speaking staff and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
