**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Talent Sourcing**:Craft and execute effective strategies to pinpoint top talent within your specialized field.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

**Performance Goals**:Strive to meet or exceed daily placement objectives and monthly revenue targets.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:Proven track record as a recruiter, specializing in targeted areas.

**Research Aptitude**:Exceptional research and analysis skills to uncover hidden talent gems.

**Communication Skills**: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills**.**

**Team Player**:Ability to excel both independently and as part of a collaborative team**.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
