Computer Operator

System Monitoring:Continuously monitor computer systems and networks to ensure they are operating correctly.
Watch for error messages, system alerts, or unusual system behavior.
Respond promptly to system warnings and errors to minimize downtime.

Data Entry and Processing:Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Process and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain records and logs of data entry activities.

Print and Output Management:Manage print jobs and ensure they are completed without errors.
Troubleshoot printer or hardware issues.
Distribute printed materials as necessary.

Backup and Recovery:Execute data backup procedures to safeguard critical information.
Assist in data recovery in case of system failures or data loss.
Ensure that backup media is properly stored and managed.

Hardware Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance on computer hardware, such as cleaning and basic repairs.
Report hardware issues to the appropriate personnel for further repair or replacement.

Troubleshoot software problems and provide basic support to end-users.
Maintain a library of software licenses and installation media.

Documentation:Create and maintain documentation related to system procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Update and organize system documentation for future reference.

Security:Assist in implementing and enforcing security measures to protect computer systems and data.
Follow established security protocols and report any security breaches or suspicious activities.

Communication:Collaborate with IT staff and end-users to address system-related issues.
Communicate system status and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Compliance:Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and company policies.
Follow established operational procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training may be advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with data backup and recovery procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of security protocols and data protection measures.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
