The Service Technician for Inverter and Power Backup, specialized in the international market, is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for inverter / Solar Inverter systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and related power backup equipment like ( Batteries Tubular / SMF ) to international clients. This role involves performing installations, inspections, repairs, and addressing technical inquiries, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of power backup systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

- Provide remote and on-site technical support to international customers, addressing inquiries and diagnosing technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to inverter / Solar Inverters systems, UPS, Batteries, and associated equipment.

Maintenance and Repairs:

- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on power backup systems to ensure their optimal performance.
- Replace faulty components, upgrade firmware, and perform necessary adjustments as required.

Installations:

- Perform new installations and commissioning of power backup systems, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Verify equipment configuration and connect electrical components.

Customer Training:

- Train international customers and end-users on the operation, maintenance, and safety procedures of power backup systems.
- Create user manuals and documentation to assist customers in system understanding.

Parts Management:

- Manage spare parts inventory, order replacement components, and keep detailed records of parts used in service activities.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control procedures to ensure that service activities adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to guarantee customer satisfaction.

International Travel:

- Be willing and available for international travel to customer sites for installations, inspections, and repairs.
- Adhere to travel schedules and ensure all international travel requirements are met.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and equipment specifications.
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for customers, management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

- ITI, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, instrumentation engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining inverter / Solar Inverters systems, UPS, Batteries (Tubular and SMF) and power backup equipment, with a minimum of 03-04 years in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of power electronics and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Adaptability to international travel requirements and multicultural environments.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.

Language Skills:

- Proficiency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the international market may be an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
