Durgesh Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in Nagpur. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our financial services products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their financial objectives, providing exceptional service, and offering appropriate financial products.

2. **Sales Generation**:Actively prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our financial products and services, including investment options, insurance policies, retirement plans, and loans. Educate clients on the features, benefits, and suitability of various products to help them make informed decisions.

4. **Consultative Selling**: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. Recommend personalized solutions and strategies to help clients achieve their objectives and secure their financial future.

5. **Cross-Selling and Upselling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to existing clients based on their evolving needs and financial circumstances. Maximize revenue potential by promoting complementary offerings and value-added solutions.

6. **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for business growth. Provide feedback and insights to management to support strategic decision-making.

7. **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing the sale and distribution of financial products. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities. Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

**Qualifications**:

- 10th / 12th or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
