Verify the accuracy and completeness of the documentation required for immigration filings.
Prepare immigration forms, petitions, and supporting materials according to established guidelines and legal requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of immigration regulations, policies, and procedures.

Conduct research to stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies.
Manage multiple immigration cases simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and tracking progress.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on their cases.

Explain immigration processes, requirements, and potential outcomes to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Collaborate with clients to gather additional information or resolve any issues related to their cases.
- Coordinate with immigration attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to facilitate case processing.

Ensure compliance with government regulations, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Maintain accurate records and databases for immigration cases, utilizing appropriate software and systems.
- Perform meticulous reviews of completed documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Conduct quality checks to identify any errors or omissions in immigration filings.
Implement corrective measures and improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of filing processes
