Food Court Supervisor

Surat, India Palsana Food court Full time

1. Operational Support:

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the food court's operations.
- Help to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient workflows.
- Ensure that the food court adheres to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

2. Customer Service:

- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Train and support the staff in delivering excellent customer service.

3. Staff Management:

- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members.
- Help create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business demands.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to improve staff efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Inventory and Ordering:

- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of food, beverages, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and place orders.

5. Financial Management:

- Assist in tracking sales, expenses, and profits to meet financial targets.
- Help in preparing and analysing financial reports.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement appropriate measures.

6. Marketing and Promotions:

- Support marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase foot traffic.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events or campaigns.

7. Quality Control:

- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet the food court's standards.
- Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of the food court area.

8. Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and licensing requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant industry trends and best practices.

Specific Skills / Knowledge/Minimum Requirement:

- Previous minimum 3+ experience of same role in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate staff.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
