Tubing Fitter

**DESIGNATION: TUBING FITTER**

MIN EXPERIENCE: 3 YEARS [EXPERIENCE IN OIL & GAS PREFFERED]

QUALIFICATION: ITI/NCTVT, [FITTER / PIPING FITTER.]

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for complete instrument installation including but not limited to the following:

- Spotting of Instrument locations for support or bracket installations
- Receiving instruments and verifications of Instrument Data Sheets
- Proper installation of instruments.
- Reading & preparing tubing layouts & P&ID.
- Proper installation of tubing (pneumatic & hydraulic), tube tray, fittings, bracketing systems and instrument, valves per installation details.
- Running single line and group line tubing with no instruction or very little instruction.
- Fitting up of pneumatic end devices with appropriate SS fittings with mínimal supervision
- Installations of fusible plug loop.
- Pressure testing of tubing in accordance with testing specifications.
- Working with technicians in all phases of construction and testing to develop proper techniques for advancement.
- Writing out daily work progress report.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of three (3) years offshore experience.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Must be willing and able to work a 12-16 hour shift per day for the offshore schedule or land work.
- Perform Safety meetings and Job Safety Analysis
- Have the ability, desire and attitude to work as a team member.
- Be familiar and in compliance with company policies, safety practices, processes & procedures.
- Interpersonal skills to cooperate and communicate effectively with others on the job.
- Must be from nearby or Mumbai area.

**Salary**:45000-60000

**Offshore Allowance will be added Extra.**

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
