Payroll Executive

As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of employee salaries. Your role will involve a deep understanding and proficiency in handling statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Labor Welfare Fund (LWF).
**Experience : 1 to 3 years**
**Job Timing : 11 to 8 OR 12 to 9**
**Excellent Communication Skills**
**Have worked in Industry as payroll executive which have strength more than 1000 employees**
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Payroll Processing:* Manage end-to-end payroll processing activities, including but not limited to, computing employee salaries, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
2. *Statutory Compliance:* Ensure adherence to statutory requirements related to PF, ESIC, and LWF. This includes timely deposit of contributions, filing of returns, and resolving any compliance-related issues that may arise.
3. *PF Management:* Handle Provident Fund (PF) related activities such as PF registration, calculation of PF contributions, preparation of PF challans, and ensuring timely submission of PF returns.
4. *ESIC Administration:* Manage Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) related tasks, including ESIC registration, calculation of ESIC contributions, preparation of ESIC challans, and filing of ESIC returns.
5. *LWF Compliance:* Ensure compliance with Labor Welfare Fund (LWF) regulations, including registration, calculation of contributions, and timely submission of LWF returns.
6. *Documentation and Record Keeping:* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to payroll, statutory compliance, and employee documentation.
7. *Communication and Query Resolution:* Address employee queries related to payroll, statutory deductions, and compliance matters in a timely and professional manner.
8. *Audit Support:* Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance, providing necessary documentation and information as required.
9. *Process Improvement:* Continuously review and enhance payroll processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Labor Welfare Fund (LWF) regulations and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in Payroll Management or related field is a plus.
