**Responsibilities**:

- Algorithmic Trading Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to develop innovative algorithmic trading strategies across various asset classes.
- Utilize statistical analysis and quantitative modeling techniques to identify market opportunities and optimize trading performance.
**- Documentation**:

- Produce detailed and comprehensive documentation for algorithmic trading strategies, including strategy rationale, methodology, and implementation details.
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, including traders, developers, and senior management.
**- Research and Analysis**:

- Stay abreast of market trends, news, and developments to enhance existing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth research on financial markets, data sources, and trading technologies.
**- Risk Management**:

- Work closely with risk management teams to assess and mitigate potential risks associated with algorithmic trading strategies.
- Implement risk controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
**- Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quantitative analysts, software developers, and traders, to bring trading strategies from concept to production.
**- Continuous Improvement**:

- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of trading strategies through feedback loops, performance analysis, and optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or advanced degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing algorithmic trading strategies, ideally in a high-frequency or quantitative trading environment.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, trading technologies, and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
