- Use a welding gun to create temporary welds to hold metal parts together during fabrication and assembly
- Ensure that tack welds are strong enough to hold parts in place but can be easily removed for final welding
- Inspect metal parts for defects and ensure that they meet quality standards before tack welding
- Follow safety procedures when handling welding equipment and materials

Qualifications:

- Valid Welding certification
- 2+ years of experience.
