**Job Summary**

The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the NGO's administrative functions. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks.**QUALIFICATIONS**:_
- Proven experience in administrative roles is preferable.
- Strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the homes, including maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and schedules to meet the needs of residents.
- Address any immediate needs or emergencies that may arise.
- Ensure that homes are compliant with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
- Manage budgets, office expenses, including procurement and vendor management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and activities that enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Prepare and submit reports on the well-being and progress of residents to the management.
- Monitor and assess the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and counselors to develop and implement care plans.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 per month
