**Position Description**:

- Provides O365 & Teams support in a production 24x7 environment, with rotating on-call duties.
- Exceptionally strong IT background with a focus on network support, implementation, and remote as well as onsite support.
- Expert knowledge of the following technologies : Microsoft 365 Platform, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Teams Voice, Security & Compliance Center, Microsoft 365 Apps and OneDrive for Business
- Windows and Mac OS desktop operating systems
- Troubleshoot federation issues
- Troubleshoot issues signing into Microsoft Teams
- Troubleshoot teams and channels
- SIP & SFB roles
- Understanding of VOIP. Dial-in conferencing
- Excellent understanding of voice work in hybrid scenario & voice gateways/PBX (Understanding of voice codecs eg G.711, G.729)
- Migration from on-prem to SFB Online or to Teams
- Direct Routing CCE
- Normalization and EWS works
- Tools - Fiddler / Netmon or Wireshark, Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals
- Exchange / SPO Integration with Teams
- Guest Access and AAD sync from AD perspective
- Teams Room System - IP phone devices
- O365 Security & Compliances
- Good with SIP, RTP, HTTP protocols.
- Fair understanding of Lync/Skype for business server roles (Front end, Director, Mediation, Reverse Proxy..)
- Understanding and troubleshooting knowledge on TCP/TLS protocols.
- Tier 1 & 2 technical support and Coordinate with Tier 3 support.
