Pre-primary Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement a comprehensive, developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes the holistic development of young children, including language and literacy, numeracy, science, social studies, creative arts, and physical development.
- **Instructional Delivery**: Provide engaging, hands-on learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs, interests, and learning styles of young learners, using a variety of teaching strategies, materials, and resources to promote active exploration and discovery.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a safe, supportive, and organized classroom environment that fosters independence, cooperation, and positive behavior, while respecting each child's individuality and cultural background.
- **Individualized Attention**: Recognize and respond to the unique strengths, interests, and developmental needs of each child, providing differentiated instruction, support, and enrichment activities to promote optimal growth and learning.
- **Assessment and Progress Monitoring**: Conduct ongoing observation, assessment, and documentation of children's progress and development, using a variety of assessment tools and techniques to track milestones, identify areas of growth, and inform instructional planning.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish open and collaborative communication with parents or guardians, providing regular updates on children's learning and development, soliciting feedback and input, and fostering partnerships to support children's success both at home and at school.
- **Social and Emotional Support**: Foster positive relationships, social skills, and emotional well-being among children, promoting empathy, self-awareness, resilience, and conflict resolution through modeling, guidance, and supportive interactions.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge, skills, and understanding of early childhood education best practices, theories, and research.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and guidelines, including maintaining a clean and hygienic classroom environment, implementing safety protocols, and addressing health-related concerns promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Early Childhood Education certification or licensure (as required by state or local regulations).
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool, prekindergarten, or early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of child development theories, early learning standards, and developmentally appropriate practices for preprimary education.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Patience, creativity, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Background check clearance and immunization records in accordance with state and local regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
