**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop easy-to-understand training guides, presentations, and online resources.
- Update training materials with the latest Zoho features and updates.
- Lead in-person and online training sessions for clients and employees.
- Offer individual coaching and support as needed.
- Understand client needs and customize training programs to meet them.
- Provide ongoing support to help clients use Zoho tools effectively.
- Assist with any Zoho-related issues or questions.
- Keep accurate records of training sessions and attendance.
- Collect feedback to improve future training sessions.
**Requirements**:
- Experience with Zoho Analytics for reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Zoho Desk and Zoho SalesIQ for customer support.
- Understanding of Zoho integrations with other software tools.
- Basic knowledge of **Deluge** scripting for Zoho customizations.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to create clear and helpful training materials.
- Experience in delivering both in-person and online training.
- Good problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a trainer or educator.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.
