Operations Smartdx

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, build and maintenance of high quality Thunderhead/SmartDX templates across OTC Derivatives and Structured Securitization products
- Thunderhead/SmartDX Release management and Regression testing
- Stakeholder's interaction for business requirements at all stages of the development lifecycle
- Writing specifications, conducting gap analysis and requirements gathering.
- MIS Reporting and performing analysis on template breaks
- Project initiatives to increase efficiency.

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**:

- Experience in a Thunderhead AD / SMART DX Developer role, preferable.
- Technical Experience in XML/XSLT, SQL, Java Scripting, Unix/Linux, WordML and VBA, preferable.
- Cross Asset FX/Derivatives experience in a global financial institution, preferably in a mix of business and technical capacities.
- Understanding and practical experience of front to back business processes in OTC & Securitized derivative products preferable.
- Documentation regulatory (EMIR, CFTC) reporting awareness, preferable. Prioritizing work loads in a multi-client environment where demand exceeds supply.
- Control mindset to identify process control gaps, prioritize & mitigate operational risk
- Attention to detail. Proactive in problem solving and developing solutions
