**Role Description**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Executive for our fantasy gaming app. As an Operations Executive, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various operational aspects of our app while supporting the Operations Manager in their day-to-day tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about the operations of a startup in the gaming industry and make a meaningful contribution to its success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fantasy gaming app.
- Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and processes to enhance app performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of operational goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track app performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Help identify operational bottlenecks and contribute ideas to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Assist in conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and operational enhancement.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Operations Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze data and derive insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry, particularly fantasy gaming and online gaming platforms, is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
