**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Project Support** : Assist senior project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Help in creating detailed project plans and timelines.
**2.Task Coordination **:Coordinate and monitor project tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met. Assign tasks to team members and ensure they have the necessary resources.
**3.Communication **:Serve as a point of contact between project teams and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress and any potential issues.
**4.Documentation**: Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, risk registers, and change requests.
**5.Risk Identification** : Assist in identifying project risks and potential issues. Work with the senior project manager to develop mitigation plans.
**6.Progress Monitoring** : Track project performance using tools like Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project. Ensure that the project is progressing as planned.
**7.Support Budget Tracking**: Monitor project costs under the guidance of a senior project manager to ensure the project stays within budget.
Quality Control : Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
6 months of experience in project management or as part of a project team.
Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Skills**
Some exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Lean project management methodologies.
Basic understanding of budget management and risk mitigation.
Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
