Tpm Co-ordinator

Shall be responsible for two primary functions: Co-ordination of TPM system related implementation and Equipment Maintenance.

**Systems Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coach others during the TPM implementation. Also contribute in implementation of other systems like ISO

- Work closely with Plant Leadership and Operations / Maintenance teams to deploy TPM and fully implement KPIs
- Follow the implementation plan laid out by the corporate and consulting groups and adhere to established dates / timeframes.
- Lead the continued development and implementation of the other Manufacturing Systems viz. Lean/TQM/Six Sigma/Operational Excellence. Specifically the CI Culture, Value Stream Flow and Visual Factory Principles (standardized work, information flow, problem solving, strategy deployment and continuous improvement).
- Lead, teach and coach associates at all levels lean thinking/principles, tools, systems and metrics.
- Drive with their Lean training and implementation of a Lean toolkit: value stream mapping, pull systems, Kanban, SMED, problem solving, Kaizen, Heijunka, etc.
- Prepare Documentation needed for Preventive Maintenance/TPM/Lean/TQM/Six Sigma.
- Present status in a weekly / monthly basis to the local and regional leadership teams.
- As and when required, travel to other manufacturing unit of the company and provide assistance in TPM implementation.

**Maintenance Responsibilities**:

- Macro & Micro tune-up of equipment to achieve required Product Quality and minimize product reworks.
- Attend to Equipment maintenance by the way of Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and Efficiency improvements.
- Education: B.E. in any stream
- Skills: Equipment troubleshooting (Electrical/Mechanical), Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Planned Maintenance.
- Experience: Minimum Total exp. 7 yrs (min. 5 years in Equipment Maintenance & 2 years in TPM implementation mandatory).
