**Job Description: Canteen Supervisor for Hospital canteen**

**Position Overview**: The Canteen Supervisor oversees the efficient operation of the canteen facility, ensuring high-quality service, food safety, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, inventory, and budgets to maintain a smooth operation. The Canteen Supervisor also ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and strives to create a welcoming environment for customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Supervision and Leadership**:
Lead and supervise canteen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.

**Operations Management**:
Oversee daily operations of the canteen, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.

Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, following relevant regulations and guidelines.

**Customer Service**:
Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction levels.

Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and provide assistance to customers as needed.

**Financial Management**:
Manage budgetary constraints effectively, controlling costs while maintaining quality standards.

Monitor sales and expenses, analyze financial data, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.

Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and revenue growth.

**Compliance and Safety**:
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and hygiene standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify any safety or sanitation issues.

Train staff on proper food handling procedures and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry, preferably in a canteen or cafeteria setting.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Sound knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Location - Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
