**Role & Responsibilities**

As a Pharmacovigilance Voice Process professional at MNC'S your responsibilities will include:

- Taking phone calls and accurately documenting adverse events, product complaints, and medical inquiries in the AE Intake Tool.
- Probing efficiently for information related to adverse events, patient’s medical history, demographics, physician’s information, etc.
- Proofreading information for accuracy and completeness.
- Eligibility Criteria: B. Pharma / M. Pharma degree with Pharma license only.
- Freshers from a Pharma background can apply.
- 5 days of work from the office.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
