Factory Purchase Executive

**About Us**:
Nandan GSE Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of aviation ground support equipment, material handling systems, and defense solutions. With over 250 employees, we pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**:

- Take the bill of material abd order material by seeking RFQ from exiating suppliers and new suppliers
- Add new suppliers through an evaluation process
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Summarize and prepare notes from meetings and discussions
- send purchase orders
- distinguish Class A, B, C for procurement
- **Communication**:

- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Draft and manage correspondence with suppliers
- internal updates to the teams
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides proficiently.
- Create and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards.
- Use erp for giving Purchase others
- create purchase reports
- **Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research and present findings in a clear and concise manner About the purchase department
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
**- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Purchase assistant or executive or in a similar role,
- Demonstrated ability to handle a high level of responsibility and work independently.
**- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Any erp used for Purchase Operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- good communication skills
