We deal in rebar couplers and rebar threading services. As a Sales Coordinator in the manufacturing industry, your role involves supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. Here are some key responsibilities and skills associated with this role: Responsibilities: 1. Order Processing:Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.Track order progress and communicate updates to customers. 2. Customer Support:Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and order status.Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.Sales Support:Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales presentations and proposals.Generate and maintain sales reports, track key performance indicators, and analyze data to identify trends. 3. Communication:Liaise between sales, production, and other internal departments to facilitate effective communication.Keep the sales team informed about product availability, lead times, and any potential issues. 4. Documentation:Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including contracts, agreements, and customer correspondence.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 5. Quotation Preparation:Assist in preparing price quotations and proposals for customers.Collaborate with the sales team to determine pricing strategies. 6. Market Research:Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to support the sales team's strategy.  Skills and Qualifications: - Organizational Skills: o Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. o Keep detailed and accurate records. - Communication Skills: o Strong written and verbal communication skills. o Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.\ - Customer Focus: o Customer-centric approach to understand and meet customer needs. o Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. - Team Collaboration: o Work well in a team environment and collaborate with different departments. o Foster positive relationships with sales, production, and other teams. - Analytical Skills: o Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights for decision-making. o Proficiency in using relevant software and tools. - Adaptability: o Flexibility to adapt to changes in priorities and business requirements. o Problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise. - Product Knowledge: o Understanding of the manufacturing process and knowledge of the company's products. o Continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
