**About this opportunity**:
**1. Analyze Internal/Customer Situation**:

- Analyze customer business process and requirements
- Propose solution scenarios with identified components

**2. Design Internal/Customer Solutions**:

- Create acceptance documents
- Perform dimensioning analysis or implementation analysis
- Estimate costs for customer adaptations, implementations teams and/or operations
- Collect and document customer functional, features and delivery requirements, perform technical gap analysis
- Prepare and write solution and/or implementation descriptions
- Handle Third Party Products to be used in the solution

**3. **Deliver Internal/Customer Solution**:

- Secure the functionality and technical quality of deliverables
- Prepare for solution Life Cycle Management
- Handle change requests and the consequences of such for the delivered offers and/or ordered deliveries from a Solution point of view

**Mandatory Skills we are looking for -**
- ELK, Grafana, Graphite, Kibana
- Database like Maria DB, Cassandra DB
- Dockers, Kubernetes, Certified Kubernetes Administrator(Advantage)
- Linux/unix
- Java, Python, Any Cloud Solutions

**What you will do**:

- Develop & Implement dashboards/KPI and metrics
- Interface Design of the External and Internal Interfaces
- Delivery of solution and deliverables as per design in the execution phase of the projects,
- Automation, Upgrade
- Coordinate between customer support and vendor development teams to ensure effective delivery of monitoring services to the customer
- Be part of a fast-paced post-sales delivery team with multiple, simultaneous project workloads & customer engagements
- Support the customer service delivery goals for operational availability and performance of the monitoring systems including monitoring solution upgrades/deployments, alert management, and configuration/release/change management
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements, Troubleshoot issues and outages, Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.

**You will bring**:

- Design and develop dashboards in Grafana.
- Write queries in Grafana to pull data from tools like Elastic search, Graphite, Maria DB, Cassandra DB, Datalake to create dashboards / flow maps.
- Merge data from different sources in one dashboard, Provide technical support to dashboard users.
- Knowledge of docker /docker-compose and Java, Software development experience a plus
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments for project delivery
- Strong understanding and exposure with both Windows and UNIX/Linux Systems, Excellent Communication (written and verbal) Skills
- Self-driven individual, who is a continual learner, with good project management skills
- Enterprise architecture, SOA, Microservices architecture with Software AG Web Methods tools design, development, and deployment.
- Experience with DevOps delivery for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
