**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Required to track and submit purchase expenses details.
- Planning of Purchase with current inventory and future demand
- Vendor Management
- Meeting both Demand & Supply of inventory/material
- Coordination with internal department for requirement of inventories
- Maintain database of suppliers/vendors
- Price Negotiation
- Report of Inventories
- Prepare detail expense/purchase report
- Data of Inward and Outward of the stock/Inventories
- Expense report for both current and future forecast
- Planning, Budgeting and forecasting the future demand of materials.
- Maintenance & Management of Vehicles
- General Admin Maintenance
- Co-ordination with support staff.
- Purchase of office stationary & other miscellaneous items.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Good computer Knowledge(MS Office)
- Minimum 1-2 Years of experience as an **Admin.**:

- Basic Excel & Mail drafting.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
