**Aufgaben**:

- Position Summary:

- In Group Research & Mercedes-Benz Cars Development, we design the automotive generations of the future. We mean innovative products with the highest quality and efficient development processes.
- We are already working on vehicles that will secure the technological leadership. MB.OS brings software-driven innovations to the customer even faster and more efficiently.- Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate internal software development processes and methods in all MB.OS development areas as well as all adjacent areas with regard to ASPICE.
- Proposed solutions for a standardized, cross-departmental process landscape taking into account the individual MB.OS development departments, coordinate and bring them to a decision.
- Develop migration scenarios and roll out as part of process improvement projects.
- New concepts regarding tools and methods for agile software development as appropriate
- Evaluate and adapt approaches to ASPICE.
- Involvement in external committees (VDA PG13) and active participation in conferences/events regarding ASPICE and agility (e.g. Automotive SYS) to ensure the state-of-the-art of all approaches.
- Coach, Mentor and play an advisory role to projects on ASPICE methodology
- Perform assessments
- Collaboration with the multiple stakeholders

**Qualifikationen**:

- Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Electrical & Electronics/Information Technology / Quality Management or equivalent
- Skill Requirements:
- Exposure to Quality Management practices supporting embedded system (software) projects
- Exposure to Product development or ECU/ System development
- Thorough understanding of Software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Process Definition, deployment and harmonization experience
- Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor Qualification (or higher)
- Experience with agile system and software projects and workflow management tools
- Conceptual skills and high competence for process and method design
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills and analytical /agile mindset
- Assertiveness and Sense of Responsibility together with Strong team bonding skills
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety standard & IATF16949
