Multimedia Faculty

**Course Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on multimedia topics, including but not limited to graphics design, video production, audio editing, animation, and web development.
- Create engaging and effective learning materials, presentations, and hands-on assignments.
- Ensure that course content is up-to-date and relevant to industry standards.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with other faculty members to design and update the curriculum for the diploma course.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies in multimedia and integrate them into the curriculum.
- Regularly review and revise course materials to maintain their relevance.

**Student Assessment**:

- Design assessments, quizzes, and projects to evaluate students' understanding and skills.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their work to help them improve.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

**Mentoring and Advising**:

- Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, offering guidance on academic and career-related matters.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate electives and specialization areas within multimedia.

**Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support and guidance to students working on multimedia projects.
- Help troubleshoot software and hardware issues in multimedia labs.

**Industry Engagement**:

- Establish and maintain connections with industry professionals and organizations.
- Arrange guest lectures, workshops, or industry visits to expose students to real-world multimedia practices.

**Research and Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest developments in multimedia technologies and teaching methodologies.
- Engage in research activities related to multimedia and publish research findings if applicable.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Assist in administrative tasks such as course scheduling, student enrollment, and program promotion.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the overall development of the media school.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the quality of multimedia education by following established standards and best practices.
- Participate in program evaluations and accreditation processes as required.

**Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Enforce school policies and rules regarding attendance, behavior, and academic integrity.

**Professional Ethics**:

- Adhere to ethical guidelines in teaching and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Respect diversity and promote inclusivity among students.

**Continual Improvement**:

- Seek feedback from students and colleagues to continually enhance teaching methods and course content.
- Engage in professional development activities to improve teaching skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
